    1. Can you provide lipo battery samples with case?
      Sure, normally, we produce the case samples via 3D printing process.
    2. What’s the lead time of battery samples with case?
      Normally, it’s 15~20 days
    3. Do you have the capability to produce battery case as well for mass production?
      Yes, we have many battery projects with case.
      We have ultrasonic welding machines in our production line, we can produce cases via ultrasonic welding by ourselves; further, we have reliable Injection molding and CNC partners who have rich experience of DFM (design for manufacturing) and manufacturing of mechanial parts.
    4. What kind of projects with enclosure do you have experience with?
      Many! Such as heart monitor, smart watch, Adult sex toys, massage device, cosmetic instrument, power bank of security camera,robot.
    5. Can I use my own mechanical parts supplier and consign cases to you to assemble it with the battery?
      No problem, clients can ship the cases to us, and we assemble in our production line, and then ship out.
